• assess knowledge and needs of your clients
  • what do they already know?
  • what do they need to know?
  • how much do they need to un-learn?
  • are there different learners in the same pool?
• find entry points for learners

• create meaningful curriculum and resources
  • cover concepts in best logical order
  • complete understanding of A before moving on to B
  • expose concepts and methods before punching buttons
  • collect feedback on the progress of the learner
